Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment please contact  Donna within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

In the event of a missed appointment with no notice or an appointment is missed without adequate notice clients  be may be responsible for the cost of the appointment. Clients who no show must pay in advance for their next appointment and if the resheduled apointment is not kept they will not receive a refund of the deposit.

What is the difference between psychic and mediumship readings?

Donna is a Psychic Clairvoyant and a Medium.  Clairvoyance is Donna's ability to see in her minds eye family relationships, life possibilities and sometimes past events that tie into the present to give psychic readings.  She may use Tarot or oracle cards Cards during the reading to stimulate her clairvoyance in order to give the clearest message possible.

Mediumship is the ability to communicate with loved ones who have crossed over, angels, spirit guides and ascended masters.  During a reading if Donna is perceiving messages from a loved who has crossed over, that loved one will share insight and messages for the person being read.  

Donna cannot guarantee that a specific loved one that a client is looking to communicate with will come through - sometimes the spirit visitor is a complete suprise spirit who has a message.  When our loved ones know we are coming for a reading they are usually lined up to communicate!

What can I expect during my reading?

Before coming in for your reading have  questions that you are seeking answers to ready.  If you are wishing to make contact with loved ones who have passed over start to think about them and lovingly ask them if they would be available at that time.

Readings will begin with a short prayer or meditation.  We will then lay out your questions.  Every reading is different and tailored to your individual needs.  It may include one or several reading options. You will never be rushed and will be allowed as much time as necessary.

 A blessing or clearing is a way of removing negative energy from your environment and bringing in healing clearing energy.  Blessings are non denominational and use the wonderful healing energy of the universe along with angels, guides and masters.
